Mapping for Windows Server 2003
On Windows Server 2003 it is necessary to add Application Extension Mapping
for all extensions to aspnet_isapi.dll
to make Helicon Ape responsible for processing
of requests other than *.aspx. To set it, go to
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager -> Web Sites properties
-> Home Directory -> Configuration -> Insert…
and then browse and choose the file
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll
Note! To ensure correct Helicon Ape operation .NET v2.0 SP1 or higher is required.
