Site dead after move

Hi,

We have just had to re-install one of our sites (http://www.purplepleasures.com). However since re-installing none of the re-direct rules work.

Without using the re-directs the site works perfectly, but of course any inbound links etc will be pointing at the old url structure.

We have a number of other sites on the same server which all work and use ISAPI_Rewrite 3.

I've had a look through the forum and support and as far as I can see there are no changes on the set up.

Any ideas anyone?

Our server is windows 2008 R2 Service Pack 1.
