ISAPI Rewrite on Windows Server 2012 R2
I just wanted to know if I'm ok to install and use ISAPI Rewrite 2 on my new server which is running Windows Server 2012 R2?
If I have to upgrade to the latest version, I'm going to have to do a lot of updating of my httpd.ini stuff. It's not just for my own website, but dozens of client websites.
Fingers crossed!?
Many thanks in advance

Re: ISAPI Rewrite on Windows Server 2012 R2
Hello Mark,
Generally, ISAPI_Rewrite2 is very obsolete and we do not advise installing it on modern operating systems and we actually do not check its operability with them.
We strongly recommend not to do this, however you may try.
BTW, ISAPI_Rewrite 2 installation packages are not publicly available anymore, so if you decide to try, write me to [email protected] (with reference to this forum post) and I will send them to you.

Re: ISAPI Rewrite on Windows Server 2012 R2
ISAPI Rewrite is a compelling standard expression based URL control motor. It represents the most part like Apache's mod_Rewrite, be that as it may, it is sketched out especially for Microsoft Internet Information Server and Microsoft Security. In case you anytime expected to change your website's URL contrive, Essay Help | Essay Star this thing is for you!
