ISAPI_Rewrite on Azure?
I see that in Apps for Azure store, Helicon Ape is available. We use ISAPI Rewrite and would like to know if this is available for Azure? Will it run in the Azure cloud environment?

1. Can you please show a link to Helicon Ape in Azure store.
2. Generally, it should be possible to use ISAPI_Rewrite on Azure as well, but that will imply writing the deploy script manually by yourself.
3. Why don't you consider using Helicon Ape instead - it has more extensive functionality than ISAPI_Rewrite and utilizes more advanced technologies.

Hi Anton, thanks for your response. We wouldn't be able to use Helicon Ape, the customer doesn't want any changes from current environment. However, it could be something we use in the future.
In the Windows Store, search for "Apps for Azure" and download the app. From "Apps for Azure", search for "Helicon Ape" and you will find it. Sorry, I can't provide a link as it isn't in a website.

Well, this is more like to be a question to Azure. ISAPI_Rewrite is an ISAPI module for IIS and needs to be installed in the system globally. The simplest way to do this is to run it's installation package. I'm not sure if you can run installations on Azure, can you?
If you can download and run installation then simply use command line arguments to run the installation in quiet mode as described in ISAPI_Rewrite documentation: https://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewri ... lation.htm
