HTML Code in URL

recently there was SQL Injection on one of my friends site, he manage to remove the injection

but however these URL's were crawled by G

Now he want to Remove These URL's

www.example.com/</title><style>.a5my{position:absolute;clip:rect(477px,auto,auto,477px);}</style><div class/xyz</title><style>.a5my{position:absolute;clip:rect(477px,auto,auto,477px);}</style><div class/abc/12.html

He wants to remove the unwanted HTML Code
</title><style>.a5my{position:absolute;clip:rect(477px,auto,auto,477px);}</style><div class/xyz</title><style>.a5my{position:absolute;clip:rect(477px,auto,auto,477px);}</style><div class

He wants the url to be like
www.example.com/abc/12.html

Do you want to have a generic rule? are all these tags the same at any page?
