Error when trying to access Isapi Rewrite Manager

I have installed Isapi rewrite 3.0 on Win7 enterprise. I get no error during installation but after installation when i try to launch Isapi rewrite manager I get a message "C:\program files\Helicon\Isapi_Rewrite3\Helicon Manager.exe A referral was returned from the server" trying to repair or uninstall/Reinstall does not resolve this issue. I see the DLL registered in IIS but it doesn't seem to work.

Please upgrade to build 102: http://www.helicontech.com/download-isapi_rewrite3.htm
The issue was fixed.
