Can't modify httpd.conf to enable logs on WinServer 2008

Hi,everyone.

I've installed and activated last version of Helicon Ape on Windows Server 2008 R2. But module is not working with my website. I was trying to enable logs in httpd.conf but I can't save the file. I checked file permissions. There is only SYSTEM and EVERYONE groups. EVERYONE can only read and execute. SYSTEM has full permissions. Anybody had this issue?
