After installing ISAPI v3 Plesk is no longer connecting

Hi,

I have this major issue where after installing the v3 of the rewrite, I can no longer access Parallels Plesk.

I don't know what the issue is, I have looked all over the place. The webspace is still active and the website accessible but the plesk panel can not be accessed anymore.

Please help

Hello,

Well, we are familiar with the opposite effect of ISAPI_Rewrite vs PLESK. Usually it's ISAPI_Rewrite that doesn't work with PLESK.
ISAPI_Rewrite itself (with no rules) isn't supposed to affect anything. Please, try to confirm that ISAPI_Rewrite is the cause. Did you use any rules? does the issue occur after un-installing ISAPI_Rewrite.

Yes, I just confirmed it, after uninstalling ISAPI Rewrite.

The funny thing it, the rewrite works perfectly, but plesk stops working (no connectivity/login ability)
once the uninstall is done, it works again, but I have index.php in the url lol

i set everything up (using for wordpress permalinks to get rid of the index.php/ limitation in IIS...

All works excellent! all my wp domains are doing great all the other domains are fine.. permalinks are perfect!

But my plesk control panel is fudged... (see image)..

this continues on indefinitely...

It continually loops into loading the frame header file into itself???
when I blank out the httpd.conf file it is fine (but then permalinks don't work)...

Here's what I have in the httpd.conf file:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?p=$1 [NC,L]

I'm running:
Windows 2003 R2 Standard x64
IIS 6
Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4 in a virtuozzo VPS environment...

Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
I tried everything I could find as a possible issue in the forums, really lost...
