Windows Server 2008 IIS 7.5 crashes

When trying to start the console, we get the following error:

Seems that the first time we start the console, everything is fine. If we try to go into the console again then we get the above error.

Are there any instructions for getting Rails working with Helicon Zoo on IIS7.5 using Ruby 2.0???

BTW, if we recycle the application pool, then the console will come up again. The site will hang when we try to access it no matter what we do.
