TransferRequestHandler issue

I am using New Relic APM to profile my web application.

I note that the most time consuming transaction is /TransferRequestHandler. This takes up 54% of the request processing time (see attached screenshot).

Helicon Ape is used for all website requests, so the site is fundamentally run by redirect rules.
