Sequential processing

I would like to implement the rewrite scenario in the following sequence without using a map file. Please help

1. http://www.domain.com ---> Default page of the web server

2. http://www.domain.com/document-abc ---> 2.aspx

3. http://www.domain.com/document-efg ---> 3.aspx

4. http://www.domain.com/document-ijk ---> 4.aspx

If the above conditions are not met, call the following rule

5. http://www.domain.com/<anything-here> -- 5.aspx
