RewriteCond QueryString Variable

How can I target specific QueryString variables?

ie. If I have, "?a=1&b=2&c=3&d=4&e=5", and I want to only grab, "b" & "d".

I have tried:
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^b=([^&]+) [NC]
RewriteRule ^page\.asp$ /newpage?bx=%1? [NC,NE,R=301,L]

But it only grabs "b" if it is first in the querystring list. I have no idea how to add getting "d" also.

Please try this:

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} b=([^&]+) [NC]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} d=([^&]+) [NC]
RewriteRule ^page\.asp$ /newpage?bx=%1%2? [NC,NE,R=301]
