Redmine gets blank QUERY_STRING on IIS 8.5

Hi,

I have an issue with latest Redmine 2.3.2 installation on IIS 8.5 (Windows Server 2012).

In general Redmine works fine, I can login/logout/create tasks etc. But any stuff that works with QUERY_STRING doesn't work because it is empty inside of Redmine.

There are no extra rewrite rules, only one which comes in the bundle. Other web apps (asp.net stuff) works fine on the same IIS.

This is something strange. We haven't had this issue before.
Could you contact us through the email directly and provide us with all you have (configs, testing app, steps taken to setup everything). We'd be glad to try and replicate this and investigate the issue.
