Redmine Install fails

Ruby download fails while installing Redmine.
Seems like url to ruby 1.9.3 is broken.
Is there a way to fix it manually? or does it have to be fixed by HeliconTech?

Just checked and the link to RubyInstaller is fine. Probably there was some temporary problem with accessing this file on the http://rubyforge.org web site.
