Lost registration name/code

We had APE installed on an old server. We moved out site up to a new server and completely forgot about the APE registration name/code. So now it is past the trail date and has stopped working.

We had to shut down our employee portal because of this.

Would you please supply us with the old registration name/code or a new one if that is required.
