Installed in wrong folder - uninstall broke it.

I installed ruby on rails on IIS 6 running on Server 2012 64 bit.

The installed worked but I had installed the ruby project to to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\New folder\rubytest1

The console was working at http://xx.xx.xx.xx/rubytest1/console

I thought I could just install a new ruby project from the WPI. That didn't work because trying to launch the console for any other projects I tried to install gave a not found.


Then I tried uninstalling ruby and the WPI. However, when I loaded up the WPI it said that ruby was installed.


Now the console isn't working probably because I had tried to delete it. I'm getting The error attached below.


Questions

1. What do I need to reinstall the ruby project so that the console is working again?
2. Does it matter if it is in a poorly named path? ie. one with a space.
3. I will be working with a number of apps. Will I need to create a ruby project for each app?

I'm more worried about #1 above.

Hello.

Sorry for the inconvenience. For the past two years we have been working on a new stand-alone version of Zoo - a complete, cross-platform (in future) web application and environment installation-packaging-deployment-execution suite. And we are doing it on a very limited resources. Plus we have to support old commercial products - our only source of funds in this development. So we decided to completely freeze current WebPI-based version of Zoo, there will be little common between these versions. Please allow us some more time to finalize this new version. Application migration will be easy.

Please give us a little more time and you will enjoy the brand new version.

You might need to try uninstall/remove everything you installed (Zoo related) and try from scratch.

Thank you. I uninstalled all the Ruby and Helicon programs. However this time, I rebooted the server.

It appears that things are installing normally now.
