Helicon Ape not working properly with IE

We have a site setup with Helicon Ape and it's working fine with Firefox and Chrome but no with IE. When I go to the site's home page I should not be prompted to login but instead I get the prompt which even when I use the valid credentials keeps popping back up 4-6 times before it logs me in. On IIS I have only the Anonymous Authentication Enabled and this is the .htaccess file:

Answered your e-mail. I will need bore information. BTW, Ape version 3.1.0.148 is rather old, please try to download and upgrade to build 248 first.
