Can't install Helicon Zoo in MS Server 2012

I get:
MSI (s) (D4:CC) [23:22:45:505]: Product: Helicon Zoo native module for IIS7 -- Error 1920. Service 'World Wide Web Publishing Service' (W3SVC) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Running as admin, so somewhat surprised. I've attached the log. Any ideas? Thanks

It still looks like the most likely cause of problem.

Please make sure you can access your server from the browser without Zoo.
Also re-check the IIS settings (2012 may have some tricky ones...).
Zoo does not have its own permissions requiremrnts, it uses the ones granted for IIS.
