Can i call Rails?

Hi
I just started using Helicon Zoo and so far everything worked fine ( Thank you Guys btw: ).
No i want to call a runner Task from my Windows Server 2008 R2.
So my Question is how can I call Rails in the console?
When I start the console trough the Helicon Manager its there but in the normal shell not.
