Block Referrers for specific page

Hi,

Is it possible to block all referrers to a particular webpage?
I want only regular visitors to access http://mysite.com/webpage2.aspx
I don't want to allow access to it if it was from another site.

Is this possible?

These examples are for the entire site, but how can I apply these rules to a single web page?
