Application log Event ID 514, Query timeout expired.

Our developers use Isapi-Rewrite.
Sometimes the application log on the server is filled with the Event ID 514, Query timeout expired, source Isapi-Rewrite
This causes us to have to either restart IIS or reboot the server for the site to function properly again.
Has anyone experienced this issue and have any suggestions on a solution.

Would you tell us more about this ID514 event. This is definitely not ISAPI_Rewrite's log, so it's hard to say. What does event log say?
