using sharepoint list to store values

Hi,

is it possible to use a sharepoint list as a location to store values that would be used in a rewrite rule?

eg
so the sharepoint list would have two columns with multiple of source and destinations urls
and the rewrite rule would then use these values as source and destination values, like:
RewriteRule <sourceURL> <destinationURL>


I'm using SharePoint 2007 and IsapiRewrite 3.1.0.94
