Where I can find ISAPI_Rewrite 2.x install package

Hi,

I have iisWASPlugin filter installed in our IIS7.5 web server to connect to our WebSphere Application Server. We tried to use ISAPI_Rewrite 3 to re-write the URL. However, the re-written URL cannot be caught by iisWASPlugin filter, since some priority order issue. So as suggested in the Helicon community, we try to find ISAPI_Rewrite 2.x. Is there any one know where to download the install package?

Please note that this version was not tested to work with IIS7+.
You may also consider trying to change filter order in IIS settings.

Thank you so much, Anton. However, unfortunately, as you aspect, ISAPI_Rewrite 2.x cannot be installed on IIS 7.5.

We tried to adjust the order of the two filters (Helicon Rewrite 3 filter & iisWasPlugin filter) inside the ISAPI filter module. And based on the "Failed Request Tracing Rules", the Helicon Rewrite 3 filter did load first, and the request URL was re-written. However, the iisWasPlugin filter was not loaded right after the Helicon Rewrite 3 filter, but loaded at the very end. Also, the re-written URL didn't pick by the iisWasPlugin filter.

Thank you so much, Anton. However, unfortunately, as you expected, we got an error when we install ISAPI_Rewrite 2.x IIS 7.5.
“Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”
However, it looks like only happen on our server (Windows 2008 R2). For the other server, same OS, same Windows Installer version 5.0, it is installed successfully.
