Helicon Isapi_rewriter 2 cookies length issue

I use Helicon Isapi_rewriter 2 with IIS6. When I try to do POST request with cookies length more than 3,5-4 kB i don't get any cookie at all. Not from the code and don't see them in iis log file. When I remove Isapi filter from iis and do the same request I get correct cookie set.
Does anybody have the same problems? Could you suggest something?

Hello, Oleksiy

ISAPI_Rewrite 2 is obsolete and not supported anymore. There might be some minor issues.
Please consider checking this scenario with ISAPI_Rewrite 3.
