Encoding In the

Having trouble with this one. My normal redirects look something like this:

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Host} ^[^.]+\.avst\.com$
RewriteRule ^/somedirectory/somefile.asp$ http://www.avst.com/newdirectory/betterfile.asp [NC,L,R=301]

However, I am having a hard time building one when the URL has ENCODING in it, such as the one below.

Ideally I would like this to just redirect back to: http://www.avst.com/blog

Your insight is always appreciated.

If I am not wrong encoding is the process of transforming information from one format into another. The opposite operation is called decoding.
