Disable ISAPI_Rewrite on one site

Hello,

have following problem:
ISAPI_Rewrite installed to root of IIS6, now i need disable rules for created new domain.

in config file i have added

RewriteEngine off
AllowOverride none


but it's doesn't help, rules from root still works.


any help welcome

Could you please clarify if you are using ISAPI_Rewrite 2 or 3?
Version 2 does not support directives like

RewriteEngine off
AllowOverride none

In v2 please consider using the following directives http://www.isapirewrite.com/docs/#EDRewrite
