Automatic script defer

hello,

I have a website already exist on IIS webserver (https://www.etui-iphone.com)
I am using helicon APE 3.1.0.256 (install by the host provider)

I would like to change the website content live, replace "<script" to "<script defer"
I am using the following in my .htaccess

# Helicon Ape version 3.1.0.256

ReplaceFilterDefine simple_filter
ReplacePattern simple_filter "<script" "<script defer"
SetEnv mod_replace simple_filter

It is not working
Nothing change.

Could someone tell me how to do ?
