I installed Rewrite 3 into IIS and it works great, except on my urls where my part numbers contain a / in them. These will not get processed

For example, my original url works:
http://www.mysite.biz/moreinfo.int?itemno=CF11G25/827/MED

My rewritten url, does not work:

http://www.mysite.biz/light-bulb/CF11G25/827/MED

It will not process ANY url where my itemno contains a / in it. How can I fix this? If i view my webserver, it will show that the only thing being requested is CF11G25 and nothing after the /

Below is my configuration:

# Helicon ISAPI_Rewrite configuration file
# Version 3.1.0.51

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^light-bulbs/([^/]*) moreinfo.int?itemno=$1 [L]
Please help me!!!!
Thanks

Here's the config for you:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^light-bulbs/(.+) moreinfo.int?itemno=$1 [NC,L]

Anton, if I apply that into my htaccess, it will not process any url that looks like http://www.mysite.biz/light-bulb/item

Are you sure that is the correct expression?

Maybe that's because you missed "s" in http://www.mysite.biz/light-bulbs/item
If not, please provide rewrite log records for the specific non-working request.

Thanks anton, I got it working!

Now I have all these pages indexed by google with my OLD urls.

These urls look like this: http://www.mysite.biz/moreinfo.int?itemno=item

How can I send a 301 with isapi rewrite so whenever those urls are requested they will be presented with my new SEO friendly urls that look like this:

http://www.mysite.biz/light-bulb/item

Thanks!
