Helicon APE IIS6 Wordpress Permalink Issue
Hi All,
I have scoured the net and been through every article i can find but i just cannot get this to work.
I have Windows Server 2003 SP2 with IIS6.0, Wordpress latest version and Helicon Ape to handle the rewrite for the permalinks.
I want to use the custom permalink of %postname%
ALL other permalink options work in wordpress except this one, what happens is that no matter which link i click on the URL changes but the page remains as the homepage, although it does refresh.
In my .htaccess file i have:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule (.*) /index.php [NC,L,NS]
I have checked the permissions and they are all ok, nothing is appearing in the error.log or the rewrite.log.
Which apparently according to one post is supposed to work.
The site URL is www.focus-technology.co.uk
Please help as the rewrite method i was using before doesnt work with WooCommerce so i need this working!
Many thanks in advance!

Re: Helicon APE IIS6 Wordpress Permalink Issue
Hello,
As long as you're using mod_rewrite in HeliconApe, the following FAQ is supposed to suit your needs. (http://www.helicontech.com/forum/10648-FAQ.html)
You need to fire a testing rule to make sure Ape is working at all. then you'll need to enable logging, the logging lines are already in httpd.conf, they are simply commented out.
Please, specify your system, IIS version and whether you hace PLESK or ColdFusion installed.
Regards
Andrew

Re: Helicon APE IIS6 Wordpress Permalink Issue
It is best to use mod_rewrite in HeliconApe as I like it more for use.
