redirect an array of ip address?

I have a dual authentication system that I've built using windows auth and form auth... If the user is accessing it from our internal network then I want to redirect them to the correct login page and direct public users to another login page. Does anybody have an example on how to do this?

Or can I detect if the user is an active directory user?

There are other software that has this type of feature, but I forgot what it is. I just hope Helicon could add it up.
