old to new domain pages redirect

I want to use Isapi Rewrite for the following redirect, to a new domain with an other pagename:

OLD DOMAIN + PAGE >>>
www.ahl-advocaten.nl/index.php?option=c ... &Itemid=70

TO NEW DOMAIN PAGE >>>
www.ahladvocaten.nl/sociaal-zekerheidsrecht

I tried:
[ISAPI_Rewrite]
RewriteRule /index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=60&Itemid=70 http\://www.ahladvocaten.nl/sociaal-zekerheidsrecht [RP,I]

But that doesnt do it
