.htaccess not working with iis7 and isapi rewrite 3

I am setting up my website on iis7 that is in php. There is heavy use of .htaccess file. I installed isapi rewrite 3 already. But unfortunately .htacces is still not working.

FYI, I have installed isaip rewrite but don't know if there is any setting needed to make it working or not.

it is giving this error HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

Hello,

Please show the config you are using and show the test request that gives out 404.
Also please specify what the expected result should be.
