converting from rewrite 2.0 to 3.0

I am not sure what I need to do. I have installed 3.0 on a 2008 iis7 machine and copied my httpd.ini file over but nothing is working. I see that I need to use httpd.config so I renamed by httpd.ini to httpd.config and thats not working.

where can I go to see what I need to do.

I discovered that I could go to Helicon Manager and it would import my httpd.ini file and now everything is working

It looks like a lot of us have found it on our own.
