Mapping old links to new links with 301 code

I have few thousand links indexed in google and other search engines.
The old links look like

http://www.bavaria-fernreisen.de/web/in ... entury.htm

now I have a new SEO module which generates SEO links like

hochseekreuzfahrten-guatemala-faszination-panamakanal-inkl-vorprogramm-san-francisco-san-diego-mit-celebrity-century.html

I want to generate a mapping file or some kind of patterns which redirect these old link to new links with
301 code.

what will be the best way to do this?

Those redirects are supposed to be processed by mapfiles. You'd find more information and examples here - FAQ
