Install Problems Win 2000 Server

Has anyone else had a problem installing the latest build (0095) 32-bit on Window 2000 Server?

We had been running a very old version of ISAPI_REWRITE (original version) but decided to
upgrade to version 3. When I attempt to install from the .MSI, after answering all of the questions,
the installer looks like it is working then fails with the error "installation ended prematurely".

The event log shows Product: Helicon ISAPI_Rewrite 3 -- Installation operation failed.
with the error data:

Hello,

Sorry, we don't test the latest build with win2000 as hardly any of our clients still use it.
Please try to install the older build, e.g. 10 builds back.
To do so, just change the build number in this URL: http://www.helicontech.com/download/isa ... 3_0095.msi

Thanks for the info, Anton. I can understand your reluntance to testing with Win 2000.

Unfortunately, we're rev-locked to that version of Windows on a few of our servers.
I guess we'll revert back to the original version and not upgrade.

I can agree with you on that. I usually keep on the original version everything I get such problem on any program I use.
