High CPU load?

Hi,

I have high CPU load up to 100% from w3wp.exe.
Is it result of work of ISAPI-Rewrite module?
Any advice is welcome.

ISAPI_Rewrite is using w3wp, so it could be ISAPI_Rewrite. It'd be useful to get some additional info on this.
Does it occur randomly, under load, or permanently? What are the symptoms?

Restarting the process helps lessen the CPU usage.
