Helicon Ape Stopped working during the weekend
Good morning,
We are currently testing Helicon Ape on a new production server ( We had Helicon Rewrite in all (8 total) of our previous windows 2003 servers.
The server in a Windows 2012 R2 Fresh install and has been running for about 2 month with around 30-40 site on it (Before transferring more sites). During the weekend, (Saturday night) on of the client on the server mentioned that her site stopped working. After some testing, we’ve notice that the .htaccess file was no longer working.
This morning I’ve check the permission on the file (All seam OK) and updated Helicon Ape to the latest build (3.1.0.148) and I still have the same issue.
1- The current problematique website is “annieletourneau.com”, but you will need to change your host file to point to this IP in order to test the site “67.205.121.61”. (We’ve move the a record back to our old server)
2- The Helicon Ape is installed in its default directory. The only modification to the initial configuration files httpd.conf” if the following line :
##----------------------------------------------------------------------
##
## Use htaccess.txt instead of .htaccess
## put it in the httpd.conf
##
AccessFileName .htrewrite
Thank you in advance for your quick response.
