Encoding problems and AddDefaultCharset utf-8

Hi, everybody

I'm new using ISAPI instead of Apache HTACCESS, so I dont' know where to get help about this and couldn't find an answer about:

My server works fine using utf-8 parameters, but when they are passed trough the htttpd.conf they are converted in a strange charset and I can't decode it back, so I tried setting a default charset, but there's not recognized this:

AddDefaultCharset utf-8

Any idea of what can I do? I'm working with Cold Fusion 9.
